Garage Sale

Our garage sale has gone very smoothly... we put ads on our website, and the schools site. At the bottom of the ad, we put our phone number, and let people know that they didn't have to wait until Saturday to get stuff. It worked GREAT! We've sold almost all of our things. The only hard sell was our snow blower... We had 11 calls on it, but Andy didn't want to see it go. He finally let it go to an older couple that had been shoveling their drive for the past 5 years.

Also, we narrowed our housing search down to 18 houses. We'll view them in person when we get to Troy next week. Our lender has all of our paperwork done, and our Realtor has done all he can do... everyone is just waiting on us now. A representative from Atlas is coming on Friday to look thru everything in our house so they can get a good estimate on how long it will take for them to pack us up. We'll go to church Sunday, and then drive to St. Louis from there.

After spending a day at Andy's house in St. Louis, we'll drive to my house in Atlanta. My parents are going to keep Addy and Conner while we go on to Troy. We'll spend the next couple days going thru every single house on our list, and hopefully be able to put an offer on one of our selections before the week is over. We'll update when more happens!
